Melosis takes the protection of your personal data seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what your rights are, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Data controller
The data controller is TSAKAS INVEST (a SASU operating under the trade name "Melosis"), with its registered office at 122 rue Amelot, 75011 Paris, reachable at contact@melosis.com.
2. Data we collect
We only collect the data you voluntarily provide through our contact form:
- your name;
- your email address;
- the subject of your request;
- the content of your message.
Minimal technical data (IP address, browser type) may be recorded for security and spam prevention.
The website uses no advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
3. Purposes and legal basis

4. Recipients and processors
Your data is accessible only to the Melosis team. We rely on technical processors committed to GDPR compliance:
- Supabase: secure storage of messages, on infrastructure located in the European Union (Paris region);
- Resend: sending of emails (notification and acknowledgement);
- Render: website hosting.
Your data is never sold, transferred or used for advertising purposes.
5. Retention period
Messages are kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and our relationship, for a maximum of 3 years from our last exchange, then deleted or anonymised.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights over your data: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability.
To exercise them, write to us at contact@melosis.com. We reply within one month at most.
You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL, cnil.fr.
7. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures (encrypted communications, restricted access, European hosting) to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
8. Changes
This policy may be updated. The date of the latest change is shown at the top of the page.
